COVID-19 Business Adjustments

As of 27/03/2020 the following COVID-19 Business Adjustments will apply to our terms and conditions and the way we operate:

Delivery

We have suspended all shipping until the lockdown review around April 13th. At this point we will review the latest government advice and make a decision accordingly.

60 Night Trial Collections

We cannot arrange our normal collections while the lockdown is in place. It is likely that collections will have to wait until after the lockdown.

Refunds

Refunds are normally issued within 7 days of collection. Refunds will now be made within 28 days of cancellation while the lockdown is in place, and the collection will be arranged after the lockdown rules are lifted.

Warranty Claims

We are currently unable to arrange home inspections or ship any replacement items while the lockdown is in place. We will continue to review any warranty issues with photographic evidence where possible.
